(TWOJINC) is contingent upon the successful completion of all required pre-employment screening procedures, which may include, but are not limited to, identity verification, employment eligibility verification, criminal background checks, sex offender registry screening, reference verification, education and employment history verification, drug and alcohol screening (when applicable), motor vehicle record checks (when applicable), child/adult abuse registry checks (when applicable), and any additional screening deemed necessary based on the position applied for or as required by federal, state, or local law.

6. Applicants must authorize all required screenings and provide any requested documentation before employment consideration can proceed. Refusal to consent to required screenings or failure to successfully satisfy applicable employment requirements may result in withdrawal of an employment offer or disqualification from further consideration.

7. You understand that this acknowledgment constitutes a legally binding electronic affirmation to the fullest extent permitted by applicable federal and North Carolina law.
